AI Agents & Workflow Automation
Put your busywork on autopilot with AI agents
We design AI agents that work inside the tools you already use — email, Microsoft 365, your CRM or line-of-business system — to triage, draft, update and follow up, with a person in the loop where it matters.
What it is
AI Agents & Workflow Automation, explained
An AI agent is software that uses a large language model to understand a request, decide on the next step and act across your systems — for example reading an incoming email, looking up the customer, creating a ticket and drafting a reply for approval. Workflow automation connects those steps so work moves without copy-and-paste.
Sound familiar?
- Staff spend hours re-keying information between email, spreadsheets and business systems
- Requests sit in shared inboxes waiting for someone to sort and route them
- Follow-ups, reminders and status updates fall through the cracks
- Off-the-shelf automation tools break as soon as the input is messy or unstructured
What we deliver
Capabilities
AI agents that take repetitive, multi-step work off your team — reading requests, updating systems and handing off to people only when judgement is needed.
Inbox & request triage
Classify, prioritise and route incoming email, forms and tickets, and draft first responses for review.
Multi-step process automation
Chain steps across systems — intake, lookup, update, notify — with clear rules for when a human approves.
System integrations
Connect Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, CRMs, accounting and custom databases through secure APIs.
Human-in-the-loop controls
Approval steps, audit trails and confidence thresholds so the agent never acts beyond what you allow.
Monitoring & reporting
Dashboards that show what the agent handled, how long it took and where people stepped in.
Secure by design
Least-privilege access, secrets management and logging built in from the first prototype.
Use cases
Where it helps
- Turning customer emails into tickets, orders or quotes
- Onboarding and offboarding checklists across HR and IT systems
- Invoice intake, coding and approval routing
- Weekly reporting that compiles itself from several sources
- Appointment and follow-up reminders
Outcomes
What you can expect
- Less time on repetitive admin, more time on clients
- Faster, more consistent response times
- Fewer data-entry errors between systems
- A clear audit trail of every automated action
What is the difference between an AI agent and traditional automation?
Traditional automation follows fixed rules and fails when the input changes. An AI agent can read unstructured input such as an email or PDF, work out what is being asked, and choose the right next step — while still following the guardrails and approval rules you set.
Will an AI agent replace my staff?
Our goal is to remove the repetitive parts of a job, not the people. Agents handle the sorting, re-keying and drafting; your team reviews, decides and spends more time on work that needs experience and relationships.
How long does it take to build an AI agent?
Most projects start with a focused prototype on one workflow, which typically takes a few weeks. Once it proves its value we harden it for production, add integrations and expand to related workflows.
Can the agent work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. We can design agents that read and send Outlook email, work with SharePoint and OneDrive files, post to Teams and respect your existing Microsoft 365 permissions.
